Thinking of buying a Amazone UF sprayer with isobus and running it on a JD 6r series with isobus. Question is which is the best way to utilise auto shut off, all through Gen 4 screen or buy an Amatron 3 box to run along side?
Suggestions please..

Running a UF1801 on a JD6630 through Isobus and all functions running through JD Greenstar 2630 screen. No Amatron box at all although we did spec the Joystick controls as well.
There are occasions when it would "be nice" to have two screens at once but i'm happy to save the money and run it all through the greenstar. You might need to sit down when you purchase the unlock code for swath control for the Greenstar.

Yes I believe its expensive for swath control, bloody annoying when its only a unlocking code. Thats why I was asking the question to save money and not buy Amatron box. Is the auto shut off worth hhaving?

Auto shut off is absolutely brilliant. Don't forget auto boom height control as well. Makes spraying a real pleasure.

Agreed but here we would like to know which option is the least inexpensive one: Amatron3 (cheap second hand screens available too) or the unlock codes for the JD screen?

Yes, I should have probably put that question in the first post. Amazone also need a payment for unlocking their box and buy a receiver too. Its a mind field...

Did not know you would need an unlock code (must be for section control, not for basic sprayer control?), we run the older GPS Switch. A second hand unit might have section control already unlocked.

But why would you need a receiver, can't you feed NMEA from the JD receiver to your Amatron3?

ISO bus run it on the gen 4 4600 screen
Unlock to the premium activation £1400 ish job done
Make sure the Amazone is AEF approved first

The Gen 4 screen is simple now and can be split to run the ISO and tractor features

And more to come with the 17-1 software update

Yes your right, I only need a harness from JD receiver. I thought I was reasonably tech savvy but think my age is catching up with me.

We bought a Sulky fert spreader last year and had to purchase a 2630 screen to operate stop and go on a 6125R,have since bought a 6110R with 4600 screen with auto track ready, can this be used to run the sulky with the premium activation and does the price also include auto track activation? All isobus.
